That Japanese School Girl rap group in the movie Blade

My friends and I would talk about that strange scene in the first Blade movie where Blade walks into a gentlemen's club toward the middle of the film. In the smokey club, there were a group of older Japanese men dressed in suits staring at a group of Japanese women dressed in a school girl outfits rapping on stage. It seemed strange because the men and the band never really react to Blade entering the club and causing trouble. It is never made clear if these men were vampires were just perverts...or pervert vampires.

I guess the name of the group is Band Wa Cherry (Which sounds kinky) and the song is called Chin Chin. The two members of the group go by Kuriyama Kyoko and Takahime Mesuko.
